Course Structure and Program Requirement


Transdisciplinary Program curriculum can be divided into several groups: general courses, compulsory courses and electives of the program, and also, foundation courses and exploratory courses among multi-disciplines.
Students should take not only two compulsory courses, Introduction to University Studies and Educational Statistics (I) but at least three foundation courses offered by the six departments or one program in College of Education. Not until getting all the required course credits mentioned above, do students earn the qualification for applying for their majors. 
Furthermore, the quotas provided by six departments and one program for students enrolled in 108 academic year are as below:

  • Department of Education (6)
  • Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling(4)
  • Department of Adult & Continuing Education(6)
  • Department of Health Promotion and Health Education(6)
  • Department of Human Development & Family Studies(8)
  • Department of Civic Education and Leadership(10)
  • Program of Learning Sciences(4)
